RFC - automated VGA and WM2003/5 installation

I just upgraded to version 1.05, and had to (again) manually move the files into place for VGA and WM2005 support. Sigh.

Would it be possible to place another entry on the PIDE under the Help tab to run a script that would move the wm2003.exe and gsgetfile.dll into place on the PPC, along with registering the runtimes for them ?

Maybe label it as VGA support and ask which version, WM2003 or WM2005.

Considering your weekly (and much appreciated) updates, this would be a great help.

This is normal, I am not going to change the installation process. We support as a default PocketPC 2000 devices. For WM2003 and WM2005 the process of copying files over has to be done manually.

However there are two scripts named WM2003.ppl and WM2005.ppl that you can run which should copy the files for you. I never tested them out but they are very straight forward.
