After installing the V1.05 Pro with all the usual steps including the windows mobile 5 support issues, everything seems OK however, when attempt to load ppl source file at the ppc side using "Select" option, error occur as follow:
App: EDITOR.PPL
File: editor.ppc
Proc: ENUMFIXEDFONTNAMES(1,0)
Opcode: PUSHVAR
Char/Line/Offset: 0,0,0x0073f3c0
(ENUMFIXEDFONTNAMES(1,0))
Access violation at ox3fb22a8
The funny thing is that, not every loading causes this error. At time it was OK. I've tried re-loading the software but problem remain there. This problem did not happen with the V1.04 Pro anyone any clue?
Good Day.

I had the same issues, and fixed (I hope) them by opening the PIDE on my laptop and re-registering the runtimes. Help-Register PPL Runtimes ...

I've tried everything including re-registering, re-installing and what not. Fortunately, the program and the source file can still be running properly even though error does occur while loading. And also work well with "Run", "Compile" & "Make EXE file" options.
Cheers.

Well, this morning I am having the same errors again. First an Access Violation from the Editor.ppl for ENUMFIXEDFONTNAMES, then an Address misalligned for Createui.
It seems to be hit or miss on whether the .ppl files can be opened for editing on the PPC when running the WM2003/5 files on version 1.05 Pro.
This is unsettling, as it seems that users of WM2003/5 are not supported by PPL. See http://www.arianesoft.ca/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?744
Maybe it was a bad day for asking questions, but the reply did not match the request. No where did I ask for an installation change, just a way to automate the needed change of files.
So, as we have it, it is obvious that no testing has been done for WM2003/5, and it will not be done.
I hope that I am wrong.

WM2003 and WM2005 are and will be supported, don't worry about this. I am using WM2003 device for testing daily (Asus A620) and I have an Axim X51v also.
I was telling you the install procedure will remain with PocketPC 2000 default .exe's and .dll's. I will look for a way to simplify the installation process on WM2003-WM2005 in a later version.
It looks like EnumFixedFontNames is the problem. I will definitely look into the issue and fix it for next week's release.
Again don't be afraid we stand behind this product like our baby.

Thank you, will wait for the fixed.
By the way, I'm also using Axim X51v. I really wonder what's the different between 1.04 & 1.05 where 1.04 doesn't have such problem! Besides, the wm2003.exe from the folder wm2003 doesn't work for X51v, I've tried it through out all the releases however, the file gsgetfile_wm2005 works fine.

WM2003.exe doesn't work on your Axim? Now that is strange, I will have to look into this one.

Just a tought, did you guys try deleting the .PPC file generated by the previous version of PPL.EXE? I suspect it is not compatible between the two .exe's somehow.
I will have to figure a way to get PPL to recompile the .PPC file when a change in PPL.EXE has occured.
Delete all .PPC files in \Program Files\PPL\ it should do it.
Please let me know so I can work on the problem right away.

I've uninstall the previous version and physically remove the folder before installing newer version. Anyway, I've just tried deleting all the .ppc files as you suggested but still the same. The funny thing is that it doesn't happen all the, it's ok at times. Furthermore, if I click the OK button on the error dialog screen it continue to work without any problem. However, if I click Cancell button the program terminated.

It's 11:30 AM here in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
I found the problem. It is working fine now. It was a change I made in the garbage collector in the last version that was causing this.

Unfortunately I don't have a quick fix other than an update. I might release 1.06 earlier this week if there are not too many more problems with 1.05. This way I will put a hold on new releases until v1.1 in about 3 weeks. I will need some time to concentrate on 1.1.

Thanks, it's alright with me at the moment. It's still working fine besides poping up the error dialog. Please concentrate on the 1.1 and meanwhile, I'll test further and will let you know if there is any more bugs.
Cheers.
