only criticism: lengthen display time of the messages a bit and make the video loooooooooooooooooonger :p

Yes, thumbs up for this video from me too :D
I second the message display time issue, this could be longer. And instead of apologizing for the bad performance of the resulting stte-of-the-art game :p it would be good to have an old *real* xp-machine around that is fast enough to handle the workload. :)
One last idea: why not make a real little pong game by moving a paddle following the mouse and have the ball bouncing? Without coding anything, that would be convincing!

The video is looking very good and I also agree with Nicknack.
Personally I also wouldn't move the screen from left to right and back.
The quality of the footage is great.

Will try to produce another video (with a better game) on the weekend, unfortunately I don't have another machine lying around that I can use ScreenFlow with since it is a Mac program. However there might a way to record the video on a Windows XP machine using a free program and integrate it within ScreenFlow for the editing.
