ArianeSoft is taking another step forward to provide its community with top-notch service. We now have a new online bug tracking system:

I like it, it is small and well-arranged ;) it would be even better if you and your web developers could integrate it more into the forum, at least a direct link in the top or bottom bar of the forum or new bug thread where users can also ask questions to clarifiy if a speficic problem is really a bug or not. then the support threads would be only for code related issues. the extra registration is a bit overkill.

Something to think about for sure. A little menu item fir reporting bugs. I will if it can done.
