Downloaded and tried out... maybe a stupid question: can I create .EXE files with this trial version? I've tried, but with no luck. Hope this is not a bug! :)

Is it really crack?

I doubt it. It looks like a either virus or spyware crap.
It's inevitable the program will get cracked someday, there will be enough new releases to discourage crackers hopefully.

Is the key for the desktop PIDE, or will it also work on the PPC?

You don't. Once you've entered the serial number on the PC, select Register PPL Runtimes... from the Help menu.

Thank Kornalius
I was wondering how I could do a good proper test of this great without begging for a trial key... Do I need to enter the key somewhere on the Pocket PC also? !lol

Hi!
Actualy, I have 2 PDA's. QTec S100 (old give it to my girlfriend) a I-Mate K-jam (the one I use right now) and HTC TyTN (right now is for repairing after dropped out my bike while I was speeding)... anyway... I was watching YouTube and discovered that someone (sorry, I forget the name) made a "iPhone" Today clone and it was really cool. I search the net and found the prog. The prog was made in PPL and the programmer shared the source, so I took a look. :) I find PPL interesting and easy (it's like a cross between C and Pascal) and decided to download the Trial to try. I like it. I don't like the fact that I must save before running, but I'll manage that. I took a quick look at some posts in the forum and see that some users are sharing games but I don't see them sharing the code. Maybe I didn't search well. I'm gonna do that right now. ;) (I heard that there's a SDK?)

Hi,
When you say you don't like the fact that you should save before running... Please explain to us what you mean by that. Because without saving your code first, how can you run the latest source code you have on screen? There is an option in the PIDE, File->Preferences, that will ask you to save the file before compiling or running.
The SDK has not been released yet. It will come out when it is ready. Right now we ar concentrating on the development aspect of PPL.

Hi Alain, I mean... when I run a program (that has been altered in the IDE) he is saved automatically. What IF I delete 20 lines and decide to run just that part?? My code is saved and all the others lines are deleted from the disk. If I'm not right that it's because I'm very dumb and doing somethin wrong! :)
For example in TP or Delphi, you load your source and change it and then run it to check if there's errors. No need to save it. If the program runs normally, then I save it. Do I explain myself in a way that you undertand? (I'm not english, so...) :)
