Hallo,
I noticed that existing programs didn't run anymore after installation of PPL 1.12 in the PPC and that a recompilation was required. Standard version!
Is this correct?

Re-register your runtime files.

Alain,
I installed 1.12 again; registered the run time in the PC as well as in the PPC.
Running the progranm in the PPC , I got the following error messages:
3. The version of this runtime is older, the program
might not work properly.
What is the runtime: the PPL or the autoexec.ppc?
After OK:
PPL Runtime error

The program concerned is the one from which the .frm and the .ppl got lost. It has run without problems on 1.11. However, for other programs installation of 1.12 was usefull.
Any solution?

You forgot to delete the .ppc files from the previous install.
Delete all .PPC files from the PC and PocketPC after an uninstall. Verify your system date and time on the PocketPC, PPL uses them to verify if a .ppl file needs to be recompiled or not. If .ppc file date/time is younger than the date/time on the .ppl file, PPL won't recompile the .ppc file.
