.INI file functions

Hi there,

I added two simple functions (that i added in my inifiles.ppl)
who permit to read/write an .ini key value given the file path, the section and the key.

Where are the functions? If you tried to attach PPL file it won't work, as that's not an acceptable attachment type. You either need to rename it to .zip (or just zip it), or copy the functions and paste them into your message. I'd be curious to see what you did.
