New demo with tutorial and samples

A new demo of DataMite will be coming out shortly with an enhanced help file including a tutorial. We will also include sample projects with the package.

Here are the chances we've made so far to version 1.1 demo:

- Added a Trap Line option to traps.
- Fixed field length if going past end of line.
- Moved trap sample edit box closer to trap line edit box.
- Trap sample is not read-only anymore.
- Report input edit box selection mode is now columnar.
