ScrollBox & PictureBox

Does anybody know of working activex for these controls please? ScrollBox (from Delphi or elsewhere) is a drawing surface with tools and auto scrollbars appear when you go off the edge.

PictureBox is from Microsoft but doesn't work with PPL.
This has nice methods & properties built in like font management, scaling, drawing tools and shapes.
