We have a new private messenging option in each users profile.
Simply click the user's profile that you see on the left side of each message posted by that user. [br]../../e107_files/public/1175802792_1_FT0_pm1.png[br]../../e107_files/public/1175802792_1_FT0_pm2_.png[br]

Sweet! I was hoping this would be implemented one of these days.

I know. That's why I stick around :) So how would I actually view my private messages?

You get an email if you got one with a link. But you are right: some direct access from the website would be helpful

The second part is more what I was looking for. From time to time I might need to get back to my PMs to read something, and I don't want to have to wait for a new one to do that.

There seems to be a glitch in the pm-system: I got a pm, was informed by email but can't open the pm at the website ("You are not authorized to use the PM-system"). Looks at first glance as if I am simply not locked in but if I try to the system won't accept my password and nick. It works fine for the rest of the forum though and happens only with one of the three pm's i got.
I'd like to send an attachment together with my PM. It seems unfunctional :(
Any suggestions are welcome.

Hi Jerry,
I just sent you a PM with an attachment, please let me know if it worked or not.
The solution of my problem was a .ZIP file extension of attachment. It is the proof option. No .DOC, no .TXT etc. Simple !(if you know it). Alain knows it...

Thanks SJD for updating this thread with the solution.
