First off, thanks for making PPL available for proper testing before a purchase is needed. I've been testing things by writing a program to provide simulated competition for archers.
To cut a long story short I've recruited some "beta testers" of whom two of whom have WM2003 (not se).
One of them sees the same on screen as I do & the other sees an trackbar that doesn't link to the text field displaying it's status & doesn't seem to alter the parameter it controls. The same user also doesn't see the invisible button become visible after data entry - the rest of us do. Nor does he get text in the listboxes, although the text is too big on the buttons. Looks like the progressbar doesn't update too! (The colours of the buttons differ in the shots for programming reasons though)
We're all using the same .ppc file & apart from him using a Dell I can't see any obvious difference in the PocketPCs. I've made a separate GUI test program, which bizarrely works fine for all of us.
Pictures attached.
Any suggestions?? - You can see the source codes if you want (they're not pretty though, this is a test project)[br]../../e107_files/public/1179360659_449_FT0_sliderleft-1.gif[br]../../e107_files/public/1179360659_449_FT0_capture.gif
