I was looking into making the visual forms editor open correctly on my HPC in lwhich is a landscape 640x240 device. After poking around, it dawned on me that the same issue Im having could be solved more effectively if I could find out how the VFB runs on regular pocket pc users devices when started in landscape.
My form window auto adjusts its height to 192 to fit my menu and start menu. The width however was always stuck at 240 until I edited vfb.ppl (thanks Alain). While its now useable for creating forms, all the pop up dialogs e.g. properties on objects, fonts, etc, are too tall.
Does this behavior hold true for pocketpc users? or do the dialogs auto adjust for some reason on your systems to an appropriate height? Any insight would be most welcome, It occurs to me that editing each of the controls source will only be useful until the next beta or complete release.
