Guenter, that is sad news, can you please tell us in more details what was problematic with PPL?
Your license key code is non transferable as per the EULA, please read file EULA when you install PPL it clearly mention this.
Is there any other way we can help you solve the issue?

All Problems I had, I write here in the forum.
And if you read my threads, you will see, that there are situations, where you can not help me.
I had problems, and it was not possible for you to check my licence - no, you asked me, whether I have an original registration?????????????????
Is your factory so big, that it is not possible to check this before writing this answer - so time was lost, another day, where I can not work on my project, cause the time shift.
Then other problems, where you write to me, that you have to solve the problem - it is not solved up to today - why do you write - you will solve it, when you don't it - read all my threads, and ask yourself, whether the answers are good.
The next problem is your documentation - it is not the best, this may be also the problem, why you get so much support mails.
Now I am using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 - it is complete with all PDA Tools and with an complete SQL Server ( also for PDA). I never need a support call or a support mail, the docu is much better and I had never a problem, where Microsoft said to me: "You can not solve the problem - I have to do it"
And in a very short time - I am working on a 90 day trial version - and 25 days are left - my application is ready.
But - the best, you write here - is, that it is not allowed to sell the licence.
If you also have a such a good trial, everybody can test the software so good, that they do not have the problem, I have now.
Take my money and be happy. I hope, that many of the users read this and if necessay, I will answer also to privat mails.
my e-mail adress is: guenter@divecenter.de - may be, you delete me after this thread from the user list.
But I have the right to be here on the list and in the forum, cause I have a valid licence of PPL - I have paid!!!!!!!!
Thanks
Guenter

Actually, it's pretty standard that you can't resell software.* In fact, in most cases you don't even own the software you buy from a company, you're just leasing it.* And if you read the EULAs, you'll see that in most cases companies reserve the right to recind your license on the software if they see fit.* Don't blame Alain for this.* It is just standard procedure when it comes to safeguarding software.
As for the documentation, that is my fault.* I am trying to keep it up to date, but currently I have a full time job apart from ArianeSoft and PPL, so I can only work on updates in my spare time.* It's hardly fair to compare PPL to Visual Studio, which has 100s of developers and documentation specialists working on it full time.
I went back and searched through your forum posts, and there were at least two out of the 4 or 5 threads you started where answers were supplied and then there was no response from you.* I can't speak for your communications with Alain personally, but on the forums if you don't respond to our posts we can't help you any further.
You do have a right to continue to post here, and I hope Alain doesn't delete this thread (I've not known him to do that in the past).* I'm really sorry you've had a bad experience with PPL, but please don't try and start a coup of the users.* That's not very professional.
And also keep in mind that these are my opinions only, and don't reflect those of Alain or ArianeSoft.* While I do some work on PPL and help support the forums, I am not officially associated with the company in any way.

I just read Guenter’s comments on the forum… I’m sorry to say in this world you cannot please everyone. I am a big fan of Microsoft and use their Visual Studio for the bulk of my day job. I’m an early adopter of most of their technologies and I truly love them as a company… that said I have found PPL and your level of support beyond comparison… I can do things with PPL faster than I ever could with C# especially when it comes to animations etc.
We are all human and it would be natural for you to be hurt by what Guenter wrote… don’t be. Use it for motivation if you must but know that you have a huge fan base and that we are behind your efforts.
Forever a fan

I completely agree with PointOfLight here. If you are not happy with PPL, please move on to something else. There are a lot of people happy with PPL, we work as hard as we can to provide the best tool with the resources we have. We even use Visual Studio to develop it, they are two different products and PPL was never meant to compete with it.

I want to write my opinion too... first of all when someone download ppl demo have to realize that this is a jewel of new software language maded by a little company and not maded by a corporate, so there is not fair comparison because basicly microsoft have unlimited resources to apply in visual studio effort, documentation and development. Once realized that we have to realize also that the cost of ppl license is very affordable compared to visual studio. Another point is that ppl is more efficient in speed and performance respect visual studio. I'm personal very happy with my ppl experience, and i found ppl customer care excellent. About documentation of course can be improoved, but personally i'm making my own in italian from the official guide and adding what come out of interesting from the forum.
those are my personal opinion as ppl user.

So I am going to try to translate my opinion.
I think guenter is a 'bad gamer' .
Of course PPL is not perfect, but the support do is best to replie at our questions, and very quikly.
It's a youg soft and a small company, a structure like a 'big familly', so far than crosoft and cie.
I am and i stay a fan of Ppl.
the Ppl cost is no more expensive than a tank of my car when i go to the fuel station, but you can use it more than 800 kilometers !!
it's my opinion, I appologise for my very bad english, it's more difficult to write than to speek.
un petit français. qui sont pourtant connus pour être des raleurs !!
